Chicken flatties are flattened out chicken fillets approx. 160g each in weight and have the choice of the following glazes;
- Chinese
- Southern barbecue
- Hot and spicy
- Tikka
- Tandoori
- French Garden (garlic and herb)
- African Sunshine (fruity, slightly sweet)
- Indian Mystery (mild curry)
- Jamaican Jerk (quite a kick with this!)
These are perfect for the barbecue but can just as easily be oven cooked or pan-fried.
