1 whole fresh neep
1.5kg local tatties
1 x large brandy & three peppercorn sauce
These pack sizes are a guide only and will depend on appetites as to how many they will feed. However, we have been generous with our portion sizes.
The haggis may be supplied in more than one bung (unit), either natural or synthetic depending on availability. This is purely a casing and makes no difference to the reheating or the taste of the haggis.
Haggis is a rich and filling dish. With that in mind, we would recommend allowing up to 250g per head as a portion.
