Bel’s minced pork & noodle stir-fry

This dish is packed with flavour from the savoury pork, crisp vegetables, and delicious noodles. The combination of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil creates a mouth-watering sauce that coats every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 350g Bel’s Pork Mince
  • 350g egg noodles
  • 1½ tablespoon ginger purée
  • 1 tablespoon garlic purée
  • 320g stir-fry veg
  • 4 tablespoon low-salt soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour
  • 4 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • STEP 1

  • Firstly heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add the Bel’s pork mince, break it up with a spoon and then fry over a high heat for about 8 mins until brown. As the meat cooks you should boil a kettle and then pour the hot water over the noodles. Set them aside for 5-8 mins to allow them to soften.

  • STEP 2

  • Add the ginger, garlic and veg to the pan and stir-fry it for 2-3 mins. You should then mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with the cornflour to make a paste. Add the remaining soy sauce, the chilli sauce and 2 tablespoons water. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the sauce. Simply cook until the sauce coats the noodles, adding a splash of water if needed, then serve.
